NOTICE OF A CALLED MEETING OF THE
BUDGET, FINANCE, AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF SUNSET VALLEY, TEXAS
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2015
Notice is hereby given that the Budget, Finance, and Administrative Committee of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas will hold a called meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. in the Conference Room, 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas, at which time the following items will be discussed, to-wit:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Citizen Comments
3. Discuss and consider approval of a recommendation to the City Council to approve the Financial Statements for August and September 2015 including FY 2014-2015 Budget Amendment # 3.
4. Discuss and consider approval of a recommendation to the City Council to approve the Portfolio Statement for Period ending September 30, 2015.
5. Discuss and consider any items referred by the City Council for a recommendation by the Committee related to the new City Facilities Project.
6. Discuss and consider a possible budget amendment regarding reinstatement of a Library Card reimbursement program (pending referral from the November 10, 2015 City Council meeting).
7. Distribute Committee appointment applications.
8. Consider approval of the meeting minutes for September 10, 2015.
A quorum of the City Council may attend the meeting however, no official action by the City Council shall be taken. I certify that the above notice of meeting was posted at City Hall, 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas, on the 9th day of November 2015, at 5:00 PM.
