Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday the 10th of November 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas, at which time the following items will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Call to order of the City Council.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Citizen/Public Communication.

4. Staff and Committee reports on subject matters in written reports issued on November 5, 2015.

1) City Administrator Report on subject matters in a written report issued on November 5, 2015.
2) Police Department Report on subject matters in a written report issued on November 5, 2015.
3) Public Works Dept. Report on subject matters in a written report issued on November 5, 2015.
4) Public Safety Committee Quarterly report on subject matters in a written report issued on November 5, 2015.

5. Special Presentation of Lifesaving Awards to Sunset Valley Police Officer J.C. Hall and Austin/Travis County EMS Medic Chance Bergstrom.

6. Council consideration of agenda items for approval on consent.

7. Approval of the minutes from the October 27, 2015 meeting.

8. Consider approval of a of Temporary Special Use Permit for the Trail of Lights Foundation to use the Burger Center parking lot to operate a shuttle service for the Trail of Lights from December 11, 2015 through December 22, 2015. (Mayor Cardona/Administration)

9. Consider approval of an amendment to an existing Watershed Development Variance for an additional 27 square feet of impervious cover within the Water Quality Transition Zone (WQTZ) at 28 Lovegrass Lane. (Mayor Cardona/Public Works)  Property/Project Map

11. Consider approval of a Wildlife Management Plan for the City of Sunset Valley that has been previously presented to the City Council and is recommended for approval by the Planning and Environmental Committee (Councilmember Arnold/Public Works and Environmental Services)

12. Consider reinstatement of a reimbursement program for Sunset Valley residents for Library Cards to the City of Austin Library System. This would require a budget amendment at a future meeting. (Mayor Cardona/Administration).

13. Discussion of financing alternatives for the City Facilities project - new facilities for the Police and Public Works Departments (Mayor Cardona/Administration)

Council will announce that it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to deliberate any matter listed on this agenda for which an exception to open meetings requirements permit such closed deliberation, including but not limited to consultation with the city attorney pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code § 551.074, as announced at the time of the closed session.
